Forcing yourself to stop creative work is frustrating

Today I had decided to write only for 30 minutes for the Gestalt Garden. However, after 30 minutes I felt like I was reaching a high level of intensity and motivation.

I could have forced myself to stop —because I had other obligations planned for after writing—, but I have decided not to.

Getting yourself out of this state of motivation is frustrating. And, if you end up doing this consistently, it greatly increases the chances that:

Therefore, what I will do is reserve blocks of time of at least 60 minutes each time I want to write to avoid falling into this situation often.
