Resist the temptation to publish without editing

I finally have the first draft of the next post!

In fact, this morning I already did a full editing pass. So this post is now in “publishable” status. However, I like to resist the temptation to publish for a couple of days because it is right at this time—when I revise and rewrite my ideas—that I generate the most value in my writing.

Anyway, my plan is to publish this post this Friday at the latest: it’s also important to keep perfectionism at bay :^)
