Be flexible in the execution of your plans

Today I started editing the next post on the myth of the collaborative genius.
Last week I gave a talk for Talent precisely on this topic. It is no coincidence, in fact, my original plan was to publish this post before the talk (to have all the content prepared and internalized in this way). However… it was finally the other way around:
- First I wrote the draft of the post.
- Then I did the talk.
- And now I’m going to edit and publish the post.
It’s good that everything happened in this order. The talk went pretty well, and so now I can incorporate the feedback from the talk into the post.
Maybe this plan is better than the original? :-)
